Okay, so how did he scam you? what happened.. all you shown was him sending the payment, and then disputing on PayPal, can you tell me what you bought/sold?

I sold aw recovery and he bought after he contacted PayPal

if he does not refund you, we will have to ban him for scamming. and then we can not do anything. you would have to contact PayPal saying the dispute is fake etc

Reply with a "Buyer was given an virtual game item."
It usually works for me, some buyers are not eligible to get Buyer Protection.
