When did this happen: He received payment on the 5th of November.

(Please show proof of payment/goods sent if possible)

How much?: $10

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes, plenty of times .
If yes, What did they say?:- I will do it / Ok / I got it.

Other comments: Going on 2 weeks since payment was received, more than enough time to get my account done.

Is it possible if I give OP a PSN Card, as that is what he paid for.

Or a $5 refund, as that was the price of the recovery.
