If yes, What did they say?:- They Havent answered in days
Other comments: Those photos are from the ngu app on my phone for some reason the pms wont show on site. Idc About the 3$ aslong as i get my service and solve this dispute. I Underlined the options i chose.

sorry about this my internet has been roasted so i was booted for a few days and i had to get a new router sorry about this i am willing to give you the service again or a full refund
