When did this happen:i ordered on the 28/12/14 but accused was hacked so i recontacted him on 16/1/15 after several failed attempts(as seen in skype pic)

Other comments: i just want a full refund as this person is never on skype anymore to answer the questions i have for him

thanks. i have not seen him on skype since 16th so im guessing i got shafted

like all sellers he wanted it sent as friends/family so paypal will not give me the money back
