When I withheld the funds because he did nothing for me, him and a friend threatened to IP ban me if I did not release the funds. This kid is like 9 and has absolutely no idea how to do business. He then told me he would be happy to refund me if I took down the post. And then comes the fact when he told me he had a negative paypal balance, so he could not pay my $30 back. He then tried to offer me a refund in BITCOIN, which nobody uses. So he pretty much fucked me.
