Other comments: I will be uploading proof, tried to open dispute asap but the user has tried to avoid being banned and has claimed to be hacked and that all of their services shops are closed. I have also opened a dispute with paypal.

Open a dispute with paypal and get your money back, i have no reason to lie about being jacked, i have not had any disputes yet so why would i start now, I was recently in a conflict on skype and my account got jacked and they tried to ruin me, i made the post as a legit post and warned people so if you thought that was me im sorry and hope the best of luck to you.
