although out of NGU, here is the record of conversation that did not take place on ngu. i was unaware of this rule. please bear with me. new to the forum and currently not in the best situation. previous dispute was closed because i did not have a device to access NGU on for a few days and could not respond.

He does not get online for like 4 days wtf this is making me look bad. If I need I will give live proof that the refund has been given.
