Really? Have you seen all the feedback I get from my customers? You have opened so many disputes for the stupidest reasons. People pay for designers to try their best and do the best they can for a customer. Obviously, you are not good enough for that. You have to get all lazy just because you're tired etc. Just close your shop down... You don't even try...

From what I can tell, Kilam, you have paid $15 for the initial graphic designs correct? You say that you sent an additional $14 for them to be improved, but he failed to finish the job. Therefore, from this information, I think that $15 should be given to Jinsul as he completed the initial designs whether or not you like them since this is what you paid for.

Jinsul, can I have proof that you sent the original graphic designs to him as this was what was originally requested. Kilam also stated that you failed to finish the job on improving the designs. Could you provide any evidence of sending improved versions at all? If you have not improved the designs or have denied improving them, that is also fine. Please let me know.

I am not sending all $15 back. He failed to finish my service shop and background which puts him back at $7. He removed the background from his shop.

So which GFX did he actually provide? From what I can see you should send him the money of the products initially paid for and received.

These insults are absolutely ridiculous and unhelpful. They do not add to the dispute, please stop. From what I can tell, the amount of money that should be refunded is the initial payment. Whether he paid you extra because he liked it is up to him, it is not part of the actual sale of the GFX. I hope you'd understand. Either way, Kilam you owe Jinsul money for what you initially requested and what Jinsul has delivered. The total cost from what I understand will be a total of $11 minus the $4 from uncompleted requests and $14 from the "extra" money.

In summary, Kilam, you must pay back the $11 for what has been done and received.
