Other comments: His skype is m3drift0r. Which i used to find his ip if its accurate idk. But hope it helps in you banning him. Please everyone scammed by him contact paypal asap. They gave my money back.

OK I have removed the personal information because that's strictly prohibited on NGU so never post stuff like that again. Back on topic. Did you buy from this user via a different source to NGU? I am a little confused on this area, could you please provide proof that this user was originally contacted via NGU.

Unfortunately this user was a scammer after a private investigation done by me and has been banned. Apologies for not being able to solve this today.
