Hi guys this is my Saif from Dubai i wanted to buy some trophies from this dude here, tought it was ok but i guess not lol.
Lets say first he don't speack well english so ill try to explain it better what happened:
I bought from Future 25 platinums for a 20$ PSN card and i did gave him the card with promise that he would do the plats for me.
Nothing he came up saying the account give an error lol.
Prove are over skype, i got the picture of the transaction, number of card, name displayed, so i think the prove of transaction and the robbery is on your screen easy to see.
Now since this xfuture had problem with sync having a D53 error with folder method, he said he did it with disc method and still have the error and sound to me impossible. Disc always syncs.
Now he said no refund if not paypal lol are you serious dude? that means everyone comes to you and give you a card, you can do the same method and steal every card from everyone? bullshit xfuture, i got other friends that have a shop too and before they start to do a deal with someone they get a save from them and see if it begin with a number or a letter to prevent this.
I think you should immediatly erase that no refund shit from your shop first and give me back a psn card you stole from me, cause we are talking of a robbery 100%.I think there is not much more to say.

From what I can tell, the service is incomplete but the payment has been made in PSN cards. Seeing as PSN cards are quite difficult to track, the only solution I can think of is for xFuTuRe to attempt to resync, or sync other plats to see if they work. Will this solution work for both of you?

iPxYz I have looked at the screen shot and since deleted your post as you decided to reveal your own PSN details. Quick tip, don't do that again, blank it out because these threads are public.
xFuTuRe, regardless of the fact you said you don't refund unless its Paypal you need to refund the user if you are unable to complete the service. I have seen many people say they do no refunds on NGU and I will be making an announcement on it. We as NGU can't permit people to not offer refunds because that just opens up scamming to a whole new level.
If you say you don't take PSN cards then you should not have taken it and blocked the user. But you did.
If I walked into a store and wanted to buy a TV lets say. And at the checkout I would not be told that if I pay with a credit card I can get a refund if its broken but with cash I don't. I would never get that. If something is broken or a service is unable to be completed its normal practice to refund the user/organisation at hand.
So if you are unable to complete it please refund the user by either returning an equal value PSN card or by sending the amount.

THANK YOU GUYS thats a very good news 20$ are not easy for me to get, dont wanna loose money for nothing. For me its ok to re sync games in DISC method but i dont know if i can trust him anymore, make me ban! Hopefully for me its ok as long i get what i deserve after i did my part paying the service.

I don't want to start treading on thin ice with this because determining if a PSN card has been used by a specific user be it the Disputer or the user being Disputed. PxYz please try activating the original PSN card you sent on your own account.
