I'm going to need more information than this, otherwise I cannot work with this dispute. You have 48 hours to provide full evidence that it was dealt with on site with some more details as to what is actually happening.

Add every single bit of evidence you can to support your claims. Also, I need to know how he scammed you, your original post isn't quite clear on that.
