If yes, What did they say?:-
yes i´ve contacted him on skype and ngu but he ignore me and much other user´s
Other comments:
i can´use the menu cause everytime i a ip error, i changed it on his site (few times) and its still doesn´t work
he said he´s puiting out a update... Not working.

Can I have some more information on this? Evidence this started on site, what the scam was etc.
User has been notified and has 48 hours to respond to see if he can add any input.

User has failed to respond and has been banned. Sorry for your losses, I recommend talking to PayPal to see if you can get your money back. Dispute closed.
