he even scammed red-eyex32 but he could get his money back

It is not our lack of security, it's the user's fault for using the same password on this site as another which got hacked. As a result, his account was hijacked. For that reason, we are not accountable for what happened here and cannot provide you with compensation, however as stated earlier we will use the information we found on the person who hijacked the account in attempt to prevent any further issues.

All can suggest you do is contact the company you used for the payment to try resolve your issue with them. Only they can refund or cancel a payment and provide compensation.
