As for you iZady, whether or not you are happy to provide a refund doesn't change the fact that you did not provide what was requested. As the account has already been serviced, all I can say is you provide a full refund or atleast an amount that suits both of you to compensate for the error. Or, if Geeninja is willing to accept another modded account, you can do that too. Make a decision, work it out between the both of you. Just make sure it is fair and makes both sides happy.

I've said to him, il refund some of the money as I did spend upto 3 hours trying to do his account.. But he's not taking any of it :/

Do you need more screen shot of what he's saying to me right now over kik? If yes i can do it all over again i have the time i'm off today, the only true thing he said so far is that i'm not trying to get half of what i pay him, how much time his spend on it i dont care, not my bussines i hade to pay another member in full to have my account done because he didn't do shit
