I know it was stupid, in the first place to buy a broken PS3. Have contacted PayPal / Disputed this, and reported him to the proper people.

s1Famous will have 5 days to respond or will be banned until further notice for potentially avoiding a dispute.

Fact:

A package from his location to mine would of only took 2 days, it's been 5-10 days.

I don't think a package takes that long, EVEN if he did send it.

What do you advise, since I can't dispute or anything?
