I paid the $25 via paypal for his so-called "Personal Modder $25 (Ill mod your accounts anytime)" offer. First i sent the $25 by paypal, he had me to Re-Send it as a GIFT. He then claimed to not get it, had me to RE-SEND IT yet again, So now he has $50.00 and has never answered on Skype again! (sent $75 total, he refunded the $25 that wasn't as a "gift" - kept the other 2 $25.00's after saying he didn't get the first)
Here's the screen shot on that.
He's NOT responded a SINGLE time since JULY 14th! So much for his so-called "Personal Modder (i'll mod your accounts anytime) crapola. It turns out he's just another rip off!

User has been suspected of multi accounting to promote further sales in attempt to prevent himself from being banned. As a result I have come to a conclusion that he is here for scamming purposes.
If you paid by PayPal, I can only hope that a dispute with PayPal or with your bank can help resolve this issue.
User banned, dispute closed.
