First, I sent him $5, he told me it'll be about 5-10 mins until it's done, from there I asked him after if he started the account yet, and I said okay good, because i would like a refund because he never initially started the account in the first place. Then he starts sending me .bmp file which I never opened, except downloaded one, but didn't open because it's not a trusted file. He then tells me he fucked up all my stats because I was being a 'cocksucker'. He then is now calling me basically anything he can think of, saying i've been bullied in school (lol), getting smacked around by my parents, etc.. Clearly when I first sent the payment, he told me that he HASN'T started the account, therefore I had asked for a refund.

He also offered to redo my account, and also told me he'd give me a pre-modded account, when at the way beginning I initially wanted a refund. So I will continue with that, as I want my refund of $5.45 I had paid.

You're delusional. Whether or not you actually reset his account or not, you said in the conversation you "decided to fuck" his account. Why say that for no reason? Threatening is it? And the reason behind the potential reset was because he was not willing to vouch? Are you crazy? Triggered over the word hypocrite? You can't force users to vouch for a service they're not happy with you absolute melt. Honestly, I am not willing to allow users like you that force people to vouch that the service is legit in order for a service to be complete to standard. You're basically ripping off people who decide to go onto your thread and order based on whether or not their feedback is good. As a person who sells services myself, I am insulted. You are disrespecting others who provide honest services and get honest feedback. Look back at your conversation and think it over. Have you actually thought about who was the one actually being disrespectful? Money aside, do you even realise the situation of the other end based on what you said? If you were clear and honest with your responses in the first place none of this would have happened.
