You can use it very easy , you only need correys Savegame editor and put in the mp file:

HOW TO OPEN : walk back , click select and press dpad down then dpad up but then you can't click shoot or other buttons , so you must go to options and click on tactical or normal/standard and then you can shoot and prone etc

It works fine but its not stealth and the controlls are f'ud up

I got correy's game editor and I put the code into the GRAND0_MP file and encrypted and started the game and nothing happened!

its a nice menu with many features but many don't work I activated jump and it makes nothing happen it freezes my cod

Do you know the reason why unknown cmd (stealth) menu's do not show up on PS3? Or is it because its patched?

they do, as you can see from this video they are in there.
i think on COD5 they are dvars (defualt set) which are set not to show the unkown CMD, but there is a way to set them to show, i can't remember from the top of my head but if you look about you shall find it soon
