--------------------

Step 1:
Download all of the files above and place all of them except for Xbox 360 Neighborhood onto a USB stick.
Extract Dashlaunch so that it is no longer a .zip file.

--------------------

Step 2:
**If you are using NXE as your default dashboard skip this step**
Open "Launch.ini" in notepad and find line 16:

Default =
If you are using an alternate dashboard such as FSD you will want to make that your default dashboard. To do this you have to add the path to the default.xex that will launch your default dashboard.
For FSD it will most likely be
    Default = Hdd:\FreeStyle\default.xex
Make sure to check the above path is correct for your FSD before changing it! Then save the file.

--------------------

Step 3:
Plug your USB stick with the files on into your Jtag/RGH. Next copy Xbdm.xex, Launch.ini and Daslaunch folder into the root of your HDD.

--------------------

Step 4:
Go into the Dashlaunch folder and execute the Default.xex, this will install Dashlaunch onto your Jtag/RGH and you can now check your Launch.ini is setup to load the Xbdm.xex when your console is turned on as it is required to use the SDK.

--------------------

Step 5:
Once Dashlaunch has opened press 'RB' until you get to the page labeled "Save \ Load Launch.ini", then go down to "HDD" and press 'A' to load your Launch.ini.

--------------------

Step 6:
Press 'RB' until you get to the page with "Paths" & "Behaviours". Once on this page go down plugins and press 'A'. Now check that plugin1 is set to
    HDSad Awesome\xbdm.xex

If not, press 'A' to set path and click on xbdm.xex.

--------------------

Step 7:
Press 'RB' until you get back to the page used in step 5 for loading your Launch.ini. This time you want to go down to "HDD" and press 'X' to save your Launch.ini.
You should save it again even if you didn't change anything just to ensure it has been set properly.

--------------------

Step 8:
Restart your console, then find out what IP address your console is using. To do this go onto XexMenu and press 'RB' until you see your System Information page on which you will see your IP address.

--------------------

Step 9:
Extract Xbox 360 Neighborhood and install it. Once installed press the "Xbox 360 Neighborhood" button on your desktop, and press "Add Xbox 360". It will ask for your "Xbox 360 name or IP address" which you now have from the previous step then just press next until it your Jtag/RGH has been added.

--------------------

Step 10:
Now when your Jtag/RGH is turned on you should see the console's IP address with a green tick next to it to indicate that it is connected.

Just would like to ask managed to get XDKSetupxenon21119.exe file from different source and when trying to run this, avast anti virus comes up with infection win32:evo-gen ( susp). It moves it to avast virus chest. XDKSetupxenon21119.exe file comes up on computer installation error (error code s1025 ).Checked chest in avast, infected file says xsimsample.exe file, did scan on this file the avast virus chest comes up no virus. Not sure if its a false postive or not.Have you come across any problems like this?
