You can not get recon armor by modding achievements. There are are other ways of getting it however, just search YouTube.

LoL When You Mod It Put It To Online On ODST... The Put In Seperate Dates On Each Achievment... But Because You Modded It All Ready You Will Need To Do It On A Different Acoount...

If That Doesnt Work Then Unlock All Achievments With Mod But With Dates Ect... Then Click On The Tree Vid Master Ones & Hit Lock So They Are Not Achieved.. Then Just Get All 3 Vid Masters Legitly.. (That One Worked For Me Twice)
