A few questions:

- How is it a "recruitment challenge"? Where is the challenge in the requirements?

- Why are you making a modding clan? It will just lead to anything you do make that might ever be new or useful being leaked by someone as you cant trust people do have just met.

- Do you know you have spelled official incorrect in your "Official" aim?
