(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have the complete edition EU, do the common files work on it? I cant get it too if so. i have mine setup on my internal drive not external. would that cause the issue?

I tried to copy the common file from the GTAVI folder not the DLC folder and i modded the handling and a few guns just to test. Rebuilding is fine but when i copy it back over and play nothing has changed. I dont get it.
