The non Microsoft ones are all reviewed badly & Microsoft ones are like 100+

I ordered one from Microsoft for $38. Just fill out the information and use a good serial number, and you can buy one directly from them.

I got these and they work perfect:

It's just the adapter but it works well unlike one of the generic XB1 PSU's that I got which was loud..
