Viacom should go to hell. They sued Google (Youtube's Parent Company) for 1 billion dollars because of what TV Shows users uploaded. |

TV shows are Copyright. If Viacom puts out TV shows, and someone records and uploads to Youtube, or any other video site, the video site is breaking copy right laws.
So, YouTube should be more careful. and what's 1 billion dollars to them, most likely a few dollars to normal people. Big deal, theyll move on.

The Issue Of Trust Is With Google, Not Viacom
From this I have learned anyone who uploaded a copyrighted video by Viacom would be subject to a lawsuit. People fear that anyone that watched copyrighted videos (if the data are give to Viacom) will also be subject to a lawsuit. |
