i dont understand how to "combine" two parts of a file........................like when ur given links to files, that r parts, u download them and then what?
and what do i need to run ISOs on my PSP?
(excuse the n00b stuff)

so um.... for 2 or more part downloads, download all the parts
then extract any part(usually part 1) with winRAR and it extracts the rest of the files and you are done.(people split files into more than one part for uploading restrictions.
to run ISOs on your PSP, it has to be hacked(custom firmware or psp modchip)(yes, there is a psp mod chip)

put them in a folder together and click yes wen it will ask if you want to replace it and they join but thats websites shi't pspisoz.com and pspmastas.tk are way better you dont have to register
