International Band of Brothers (or IBB for short) is a XBOX 360 video game clan. IBB is unique, there is nothing quite like us. We are more than an average Xbox 360 Video Game Clan, in fact we prefer to be called a "Team". You do not have to be the best sniper, or have the highest kill to death ratio to join; although we do have some highly skilled IBB Team Members; however, you must have a team mentality and be mature. The IBB Team is all about cooperative tactical game play, fun, respect, trust, integrity, reliability, team dedication camaraderie and team unity (esprit de corps).

The IBB Team has been in operation for over one year (June 1, 2007). Currently we have close to 40 active IBB Team Members (between the ages of 18 to 45) who are from across North America and the UK, we are a international collection of gamers, friends, and brothers. Our goal is to have an active team of 75 members.

Our success and what makes us different lies in our hierarchical nature, (maturity of our) IBB Team Members, and that our leadership is based on a military infrastructure, which was established by IBB team members who have many years of actually military and clan experience and leadership. This system is rigid, but it is designed to aid every member, and ensure quality participation and adherence to IBB standards.

What set's us apart from all other groups, teams or clans is the IBB Team Mission Statement and the IBB Team Member Code of Conduct. The mission statement is the foundation of our core principles and values and the reason the IBB Team was created. Our IBB Team Mission Statement is as follows:



Play online tactical military/sci-fi games that require team work (ie: Rainbow Six - Vegas 2, Gears of War 2, BIA – Hell’s Highway, Aliens - Colonial Marines, Red Faction 3 - Guerillia)


Establish friendships and create a online social network of friends who are respectful, fun, positive, encouraging, and supportive (This is supported by games such as Flat Out - Ultimate Carnage)


Develop a positive reputation and set a higher standard for online gaming on Xbox Live

We are a team and not a (skill based) clan; therefore, skill, rank, achievement points and winning are not the focus, but having fun and being a team is our focus…At the end of the day, if we win, lose or draw...it is how you play the game


Provide gamers a fun, welcoming, positive, social, encouraging and respectful online gaming environment free from judgment, negativity and distrust


Create and build an online team environment where respect, trust, integrity, reliability, accountability, communication and team commitment are the core values on and off the battlefield; which, encourages and demonstrates camaraderie, team participation, team work team unity and support (esprit de corps); while having fun...Together We Stand – Then, Now and Always
