Default Will GTA 4 Get Disabled If I Use Cheats?

i actually used cheats and still got the achievments. but i have not saved a game with the cheats on there.

I earned all single player achievements Expect The Stunt jump thing and 100% so my game won't block any achievements i'm using cheats... and havn't got in trouble yet
