Default Army of two demo downlaod

OK.. for the past few days, i've been trying to download army of two demo. Or for that matter, any "M" rated game. I go to download it and BAM. this stupid little error screen comes up and says my account isnt allow to download content with this rating. so i go to family controls and everything says i can download whatever i want. Donsn't matter what the rating, the time what day what hour, nothin. i n33d h31p please....

same happens to me u should make an account thats silver and thats over 18 thats what i did
