If there is a CoD6 going to be realeased, it would be near finished. CoD5 was already half-way made when CoD4 came out. There could possibley be another CoD, since the others have been so successful.

Call of duty: World at War is NOT call of duty 5. So maybe they will make COD5 modern again. We won't know until AFTER Call of Duty: World at War comes out.

I also HIGHLY doubt Call of duty will ever become a futuristic game. Maybe somewhere around 2020 but it will not take place in the 30th century where there are shoes that make you fly or a redbull that ACTUALLY gives you wings.

So anyway

I think they should make a future one. but only like 3 years ahead so theres like no plasma ball shooters or ridiculous things like dat and they have to go and stop some japanese guys from nukeing the whole world that'd be good.

if they are working on cod6 (which they probly arent because cod5 hasnt come out yet) it wont be based in the futrure because there are plenty of future games and usally they arent very good so it would be another modern game not a future game
