This thread is to provide all the rules and information you will need in order to not have any issues within this section. Please read the rules carefully, and check them every so often as some rules may be changed, removed, or added.

Cracked Accounts:
It is important that all of you take note of the new rules regarding cracked accounts.
First off, cracked accounts are aloud to be posted for free only in the You must login or register to view this content..
Selling/Trading:
Nobody is allowed to sell or trade cracked accounts on NextGenUpdate (not even Elite or Premium members). These accounts can only be given away in the You must login or register to view this content..
Requesting:
As a potential buyer, you're only allowed to request free cracked accounts in the You must login or register to view this content. section. Anyone requesting them elsewhere will have his thread trashed.
Anyone caught selling or buying cracked accounts will be infracted with a possibility to have his account suspended.
Selling PlayStation/Xbox Accounts:
It is recommended you remove a letter from the name, to help top the account from being banned if it is viewed by Sony/MS. (Example H*wk instead of Hawk)
Buying CoD etc accounts:
If an account is banned/deranked/reset etc. after you have purchased an account, it cannot be disputed. Once you purchase the account you are the liable owner of the account, not the seller. Any diputes opened regarding such a manner will be closed.
PayPal Accounts:
Distribution/sales of PayPal Accounts is forbidden. Any threads will be closed and members warned/infracted as required.
Porn Accounts:
Selling porn accounts is prohibited in public auctions. All threads regarding these accounts will be moved to Elite/closed (Moderator discretion)
Runescape Related Sales and Purchases:
Runescape related auctions (including accounts) are not protected by NextGenUpdate staff in auctions. These types of transactions are banned from auctions themselves. Trade these at your own risk. Trading these through private messages is permitted but if you are scammed over NGU then it is your own responsibility to handle the problem.
If you pay for a service and happened to get scammed by the person hosting the service on NGU what you need to do is go to the You must login or register to view this content., read all the rules (linked below) there and create a dispute.
