It MUST be 1500+ LEGIT. You also must include a sub check, so upload a random vid and see the views etc..

What you want for it:
That doesn't make any sense ? You want to give someone an acoount that supposably has over 2k subs and only 500 are not legit + another youtube + $15 for a youtube that has less subs than the first account I mentioned. Sounds sketchy if you ask me.
