1. Do the double jumps as usual to get on top of the main central building.
2. Run to the end of the main building.
3. Double jump and exo boost to the point above the vertical rock (there is an invisible barrier you can stand on)
4. Look to your right and do a double jump + boost around the corner to the hillside (watch out for the death barrier; that is why you have to jump around the corner of the death barrier and not right at the hill side.)

It is pretty hard to do. If you copy the movements in this video you will get it eventually. It is tough though!
