If you are on ps3 you can do as usual and download the season pass or the dlc next month right from his account. If you're on ps4 it's a bit more complicated you should check it out on youtube.
and also i forgot that the dlcs only work on your first ps3 user

There's a bug with camos on playstation i also bought them on my ps4 and i can see them on only 1 account. It should be fixed in the next update like they did on xbox
