So guess I should stick with 9.3.2? Or should I update to 10.2?

well the signing window for 10.1.1 has ended but someone is working on a tool that will allow you to restore to firmwares even after apple has stopped signing them. Up to you completely.

Would presume since iOS is already on 10, that 9.3.2 won't be getting any love though. Guess I'll check on the subreddit

Very cool for devs but I urge anyone who don't know what they're doing to leave this alone until it's more user-friendly. When you have root access and a shell you have endless power with the phone, including the ability to fuck it up permanently.
