It's better to get the torrent version and FTP to you HDD it will work 100%

Then re-download it, then FTP to your HDD

i did some researches on google and i found that i i have to resign my eboot or a fix , but couldn't find one all the links are down i think i'm gonna downgrade to REBUG 4.75.3

You dont need to do all that. Just get the torrent version BLUS or BLES, FTP to your HDD. That's it
