if i load the game while signed it, its fine, but as soon as i sign in, my ps3 freezes.
any help?

Its a bad Eboot like DS said, use these EBOOTs for Bo2

If it is not a EBOOT problem it could be that the game is corrupted if so i recommend deleting the game and then copying it from the disk using Multiman and then put a Anti-Ban EBOOT on after that is done.

I had the same problem he is having after setting up my CFW again, and switching EBOOTs solved my problem
