Are you sure its not just modders that are doing this? or is this every lobby for you?

Well the slow-mo issues have been happening since the beginning of december, so don't have high hopes.

it looks like an infection.... when u join a lobby usually where the host is infected your gameplay will be really slow. and when u leave u automatically the lobby you will become infected and have super force host lol therefore people will join and become infected etc etc in a day the everyone on bo2 is infected. the only way around is to quit bo2 and log in back on and join a lobby which is not slow and stay in that lobby or you can host your own lobby or join a friend who can host a lobby online

only way to stop it is to get everyone to turn off there ps3 or quit game and get back on it at the same time, other wise have to wait for it to slowly die out

Well this has been answered as best as possible there isnt really a fix to this. If you have any other questions feel free to make another thread.
