And deleting game data utility was already done it's still he same thing

Did you try deleting you account and putting it back on?

1.) Try reseting your router.
2.) Are you on disc or torrented game?
3.) Are you modding or are you on a normal PS3?

It has been nearly 2 weeks, has your issue been resolved?
