Change class bind is when you're in-game and able to change classes by pressing on dpad down for example. Rather than going into the change class menu, you are able to instantly change classes with the hit of a button. Its been done on one menu I know of but the only problem is it is inconsistent and freezes.

You will want to explore the classes gsc in the gsc dump. Its been a long time since ive looked at gsc but iirc classes are just structs that are children of the game object and class changing logic is super basic. It should already be implemented in the game due to how you can swap without re spawning early in the game.
