It's probably becuase the amount of players in the lobby. You could try using a different menu.

its not the menu this does this on xbox also when u do a unlock all it will do that make a new acc and u will be back to working

Happens to me also I go in to custome games load gsc menu then quit then try to go back and I freeze at loading screen everytime
