It's possible but there are checks that u would have to edit bypass some things can't decrease or increase by acertin amount

That is not true because if it were then geo and beast tool will not work to change prestige and score etc. I've been actually looking for one myself I might try and find the game script for fresh start.

rtm or gsc it doesn't matter it still has to call for a certain thing and if rtm can do it gsc can too.
