So out of straight boredom, I fixed SyGnUs's rank.gsc.
It will no longer show this anymore...

Now it looks completely normal and you save the same amount of strings which is 240.
For those who seem to not understand, you can still overflow using this. You'll just have more text strings you can use.
Directions
Inject this file along with your compiled gsc file. It goes inside (maps/mp/gametypes/HERE)
Make sure to set your overflow fix to "230" when using this
