worked for me, i just went into multiplayer waited 15 seconds(no longer!). pulled out the power cord to ps3 then repeated 4-5 times. then it lets you use the eboot without ban. it must skip the validation due to the 15 seconds of non banning x 4-5 makes it a high number. so it realises your alternate eboot isnt hacked its just.. well idk?? its weird
