First of all
First, go put the eboot in your fille on your hdd.
Second, install the 2 pkg's listed in the download list.
Instructions

• Obviously, make sure your CID is set, so you can sign online & have bo2 disc in your ps3/load from multiman.
  
• Now, load PS Ninja an click the first option "Wipe History" then go down and click exit.
  
• After that, go to PSN Patch and once loaded up, press the button "x" on your controller. You will hear your ps3 beep and It will load back to the xmb menu.
  
• Load up bo2, wait 10 seconds. Press PS button on controller, sign in. Wait 10-30 more second then go online and you are ready to play without ban.

Is this debug eboot for DEX only, im sure ive read u can use ccapi for DEX with debug but not for CEX
