There's no PKG. It's Applied to your CALL OF DUTY ACCOUNT. Which is why it's not a DLC code, it's a code you redeem on the COD site. Which applies to the account(PSN) tied to your elite account. That's why it doesn't stick.. It's not installed on your PS3, it's applied server sided depending on whether or not you've redeemed the code
