Like the others said you need a new/different console ID. Then you could change it many different ways. Seems like one of the most popular ways to change it would be through ControlConsoleAPI (CCAPI). However NextGenUpdate does not allow the posting of console id's Good Luck Friend

Console bans are final, the current one you're using is garbage and will no longer be of use. The only way you can get back online is to purchase a new Console ID which can be found basically anywhere online. Just look through your skype friends and you'll more than likely find one who's selling.
