Can you give more details on the issue? How did you try installing it? What is the problem with it loading? What point is it freezing at? Is it freezing at all or just not connecting to the Black Ops 2 Servers?...Can't help if you don't give enough details in the first response...

Black ops 2 itself should be in the GAMES folder. When you first start MultiMan it should be on a screen that looks similar to the XMB, Where you would normally start a game on the XMB should be a list of the games you have within the GAMES folder, just select call of duty from there and it will exit out of multiman and show up as a game disc, all you have to do is run that.
