Pretty much from my understanding he's saying you get to keep perkahlic and your rank of the game your playing before you dash board if you quit the game before the game ends

Does this work on PS4 and any map?

no on ps4 your rank will not stick

i found this out on the first day when my ps3 kept freezing the round will not stick just the kills and u get to keep your gum balls nothing is really good about doing it
