Virus Scans

Cannot tell people this enough but recently tools are being released with the virus scans being as the WinRAR file, most of the virus scans have false positives because of this, due to the .dll's inside. So for future reference please post tools with the .exe in the virus scan.

Updating Tools

This has also become a problem with some users. Every-time you update a tool, there is no need to make a completely different thread, this will just cause the section to get messy with the same tool with older updates, so please once updated edit the same original thread and bump the post saying you have updated it.

No flaming on people's tools.

This is a general rule on NGU anyway, 'no flaming'. But people make tools and then get flamed on because of its appearance or because its got the same stuff. Let people post whatever they want (obviously not with the exception of rats and cid stealers).

Reversing/Decompiling

Decompiling/Reversing other peoples tools and posting them as your own is a big nono. This will end up with your thread being trashed and an infraction.

Advertising

Advertising on tools is forbidden on NGU, staff will give you 24 hours to remove the advertisement before closing your thread.

25 Posts Required

Since users who actually post RATs always have 1 post or so, we have decided to move the requirements to 25 posts needed to post a tool. Any user caught posting a tool before meeting the requirements will have there thread closed with the download link removed. Any user caught spamming the forums to get 25 posts will be infracted with all posts deleted.

RATs or CID Stealer

Don't need to say anything about this except you will be banned.
