how to do this when i go to debug setting there don't stay release check mode or this else pls help my ps3 is on german and i am come from germany

EDIT: sorry i have found it i was by rebug on cex qa and not dex

go in rebug toolbox then selector. Then the following settings should be.
System mode. Rebug
xmb operation mode debug
debug menu type. Dex
toggle cobra mode enabled

Got everything. But cobra mode, i got that disabled. It isn't necessary to enable that tho?
